HUMAN CREMATION EQUIPMENT For the past several years cremation chambers were manufactured and marketed by American Incinerators. With the formation of US Cremation Equipment the design and manufacturing of cremators was shifted to this new division. The “Classic” cremator is the first in a series of new human cremators that incorporates the latest in cremation technology. The “Classic” is capable of processing up to six (6) cremations in a ten (10) hour workday and can be operated continuously during periods of peak demand without cool down. The PLC (Programmable Logic Control) operating system is completely automatic resulting in the most fuel efficient unit in its price class.
ANIMAL CREMATORS US Cremation Equipment’s model US15/750 animal cremator is the ideal unit for the small to medium sized animal hospital, pet cemetery or humane society. Designed for random-load individual cremations it can also function as a continuous feed or batch load incinerator. With a burn rate of 150 to 200 lbs/hr and a single load capacity of 750 lbs this model is fully automatic and backed by a two (2) year limited warranty. For the larger animal facility we offer a number of standard models that can accommodate loads up to one ton. Our AI80 model has a load capacity of 800 lbs while our AI240 model will handle up to 2400 lbs in a single load. All models are built for outside installation and are backed by a two (2) year limited warranty.
INCINERATION EQUIPMENT American Incinerators designs and builds incinerators for the disposal of a wide range of commercial and industrial waste. Its client list includes municipalities, hotels, hospitals, port authorities and law enforcement agencies. While many projects require custom designed equipment, we also manufacture a number of standard models that will satisfy the needs for many clients with waste disposal problems.
Emissions and Gas Cleaning systems American Incinerators along with US Cremation Equipment can provide a variety of scrubbers, electrostatic precipitators, filters, bag houses and other cleaning systems where necessary to meet local emissions regulations. Our equipment is designed to meet the new and stringent EPA and European Community standards for air pollution control dealing with acid gases, particulates, dioxins, furans and heavy metals.
CREMATION SUPPLIES AND MEMORIAL URNS As a service and convenience to our existing and future customers, we are now offering a variety of cremation supplies and a complete line of memorial urns.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICE Our staff of environmental experts can assist you in all phases of your project. From selection of the proper equipment, to obtaining necessary environmental permits through installation and start up we can oversee the total project.
SERVICE US Cremation Equipment has established an alliance with Pure Flame Cremator Service of Grand Island, Florida to provide after sale service. Pure Flame offers a wide range of service and maintenance programs and complete refractory repairs on all makes of cremation chambers. The alliance will mean even faster response time in emergency situations and lower repair costs to US Cremation Equipment customers.
