Model US 30P Cremated Remains Processor

Compact, light weight and extremely durable. The unit is designed to fit on a table or counter top and plugs into any standard electrical outlet with 30 Amp service. When fitted with an optional base equipped with casters it can be used as a portable processing station. The stainless steel receptacle is equipped with handles, a dust proof lid and heavy duty carbon steel blades that easily reduce cremated remains to less than 200 cubic inches in 30 seconds.

Processing Station

Model US 300 PS Processing Station

Designed to create a safe work environment, the filtration system recovers dust when transferring cremated remains. An exhaust system captures any airborne dust in easily replaced 10" x 16" x 3/4" filters. The stainless steel drum is equipped with a dust free seal and stainless blades driven by a 1 1/2 Hp motor for complete processing in less than 30 seconds. A stainless steel sorter tray allows for easy separation of ferrous metals from the cremated remains before processing.

Designed for holding human remains at a minimum temperature of 35° F, this unit is equipped with a door mounted temperature indicator, on/off switch, flush mount door with magnetic seal and three removable adjustable shelves. The US 1000B scissor type table enables an operator to easily transfer caskets or containers from and to vehicles, storage areas or mortuary refrigeration units into a cremation chamber. The platform can be raised or lowered with a maximum load in approximately 15 seconds and the process can be repeated up to 40 times before recharging.
